In one of my previous post, I tackled the basics of the copper mugs or cups. A very short history and how it became popular.

Of course its about the Moscow Mule why all of a sudden, copper mugs has been selling crazy online. Well, the purpose of my blog is not about the Moscow Mule or any other alcoholic drinks.

I have a post as well discussing the health benefits of drinking water from the copper mugs/cups and that's what I'm after. (If you haven't read it yet, please click this link). I want everyone who reads this blog to realize these health benefits and get their own copper mugs or cups because of these and not for the reason of drinking Moscow mule or any alcoholic drinks.

I have a copper pitcher and copper mugs that I use solely for drinking water, infused waters and hydrogen water. It helps me greatly in flushing my body clean of toxins. I work a lot in front of my computer about 8 to 12 hours a day and often lack of sleep. Have you ever felt very weak and drained waking up in the morning? Before I used to take energy drinks to replenish my energy every time I'm lacking sleep and feel so weak. Probably 4- 6 months taking these drinks, I felt my heart was beating too fast (palpitations), I felt pressure on my neck and I felt dizzy most of the time. Because of that, I did a small research and I found out that these symptoms are all caused of caffeine overdose brought about by drinking energy drinks.

When I stopped drinking energy drinks, I don't have appetite in the morning and I just drink a lot of water. Well, I felt a lot better and I realized drinking a lot of water might be a good habit. True enough, when I did a research, water therapy has lots of good benefits but I also learned that taking a good well balance breakfast is also necessary. I did a lot of experiments with my drinking water and that's where the copper mugs came in. Few more research and I bump into infused waters and hydrogen water.

These drinks have significantly made me feel better. Imagine a simple cold infused water with lemon peel and mint in a copper mug can easily cheer you up when you wake up feeling weak and drained.
